oh sugar.lady what an awful way for sa to treat a customer,
I would suggest you email them and put in a complaint, after all the reason the sa has a job is because of customers like us!!
dont let it put you off going back in and shopping again :)

my voucher didn't get emailed to me and I couldn't print it last night, i did take a pic of it on my phone as it said print it or quote the code, but has anyone quoted the code without the printout and were there any problems? did everyone else receive it via email too?

mine came by email pretty much immediately, dipashah. Someone above mentioned that you could clear your cookies and register again with a different email address, worth a try if you're worried about just going in with the code?

Thanks sugar.lady. I was going to get a voucher for the Kingston branch but am put off now. Actually walked past the shop yesterday - saw a huddle of sales assistants and no customers in there.

Hey all so I went to the Westfield Stratford store and they were fine about the voucher in fact the woman was so lovely and helpful. It probably helps just talking to them I explained I had the voucher and asked if anything was excluded from this as it didn't state but I just wanted to make sure.

So was very happy with my price paid of 90p for a gorgeous polar bear glass ornament and stack of cups.

My OH had a voucher too so we used that in the other Westfield and again they were really nice and helpful although their shop was so hot I probably looked like I was about to pass out!! lol!!
So we have a lovely tea set for my OHs sisters wedding pressie for free! can't go wrong at all!!

Just had exactly the same experience here. Very helpful, was upfront about using the voucher but had a nice chat with the lady I dealt with. She even apologised that she couldn't give change for £16 worth of stuff, I said not to worry about it!

I went to the Kingston store yesterday morning. I had a man assistant who was really nice and told me there's no minimum spend and that he couldn't give me any change as I only got a London Bus Notebook for £12.95. There wasn't a huge amount under £20 but I was happy with my book.

The store was completely deserted though - I was the only customer but hey ho. Don't be put off - some of the staff are OK.

PS Thanks to the OP for the information :)
