ISA Funds - Buy & Hold Strategy

I've a ISA + a SIPP. Each have similar funds and given that I moved everything around 2008, I'm up on a number of funds.
Some are up +80%, +56%, + 75%
I'm no expert but do I cash these in and take the gains, then drip it back into the same funds over the next 12months? The market is bullish and no significant drop just yet!
The prices seem to have peaked and I see some heading south but no panic yet!
