We put our house on the market about six weeks ago, had three valuations all valued it at roughly the same. We went with the one we thought was the best of the bunch Really want to sell as we have seen a few houses we like. I know I cant reduce again yet and will have to sit it out a bit longer but any ideas please

My phone's struggling with opening the link so I'll just ask... Is the tax exemption mentioned in the listing? I know a lot of people who wouldn't be aware of this, so wouldn't even check! Also, those people looking to avoid stamp duty but not behind aware of certain exempt areas might still limit their search to under 125k
