After ignoring ALL mail relevant to this ticket, Whyte & Co have sent several more with threats of 5 day window to act or further costs incurred, etc etc.

So having ignored them all I find that I inadvertantly overstayed a second time & that 2 different charges are brought against me.
Given that I thought all letters were regarding the 1st inital charge & ignoring them they are sending both charge notices out in the same envelope.

Am I in double do do now?

I know it's my fault but honestly sometimes you just can't get round ADSA in 2 hrs given it has a cafe, clothing, kids needing toilet, chatting in aisles etc & shopping.

    Constructive input anyone.
RK was not driving on either occasion.

    Yes. 2 x £0 = £0. Easy.

Which is something you need to strongly bring up with the manager in the local Asda. Asda have a particularly poor record of pretending it's not their problem, e.g. pretending the car park belongs to the council, or in some other way saying, "nothing to do with us, guv". Make it clear it's everything to do with them, even to the extent of getting your trolley full of frozen goods to the checkout, and then declaring you have to go now, otherwise you'll get a parking ticket, and abandonning said trolley.
