Well, in the past week I've had 3 phone calls from Lloyds requesting info on my Critical Illness, Life Insurance and Income Protection Plan and also when I started work at the University. They said I should get a decision before the end of June, probably earlier as they were reviewing my claim at the time - fingers crossed big time !-)
I also received a letter this week requesting I sign a form to authorise issue of my information for SAR request or complete to say I'd like to collect the information from a bank of my choice. I've signed to get the information posted so hopefully that will arrive soon.0 -
