I want to open a FTSE100 tracker mini ISA, which is the best one?
I guess this will be the one with the lowest charges, I assume the return on them are all the same (the equivalent of the FTSE 100 growth) ... do all trackers return dividends as well or do some keep them?
Have tried searching around on the comparison sights but find it very confusing, any help appreciated.

Some are pure trackers with no dividends as they purely track the index and have no underlying investments. Some do pay dividends as they invest in shares with the same weighting of the index they are tracking.
L&G had a deal on their tracker and I know that Selestia (fund supermarket) had some funds on special and one of those may have been a tracker.
