Anyway, I lost 0.5 lb at SW tonight, which was good considering those caramel bunnies that hopped into my mouth. Plus my eyes are not quite so puffy now after the mascara allergy thingy.

Just about to go to bed but realised I haven't reported on our day yet
We had an appointment at CAB for 1pm, so Alan got back up about 11.45am and got ready but as we were sorting ourselves out to go there, he started to shake and feel unwell. Second time this has happened. I said I would go myself and he went back to bed. CAB Una looked through all the docs I'd taken and checked to see if Alan could get Pension Credit, which he can but only about £35, but this would go up to over £100 when my ESA ends in November. She gave me the number to ring and said to come back to see her in November so she can make sure the Pension Credit is increased as it should be. I then popped to Asda for Linda's bread and ciggies and came home
Alan was feeling better, so he got up and ready, and we drove down for cuppa and sarnie at the car boot cafe just before he closed. We were talking with friends/owners prior to leaving when suddenly there was a very heavy hail storm so we had to wait quite some time for that to finish so we could go home. We'd had really big hailstones fall in the morning, along with thunder and lightning too
Anyway, off to bed now so goodnight guys - sleep well
I've just seen your post skinandblister - lots of love to you and Chicken - another prayer for him tonightMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Morning Westie - bit of a lie in for you today?
And thank you for "tranquil" - one of my favourite words. Seeing it written down has a soothing effect for some strange (but welcome) reason.
And good morning to al the Elite0
