by the way thank you to FUDGE CAKE for mentioning me in her round up it really made me feel one of the gang :T

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T Actually you have been mentioned in 1 or 2 of my round ups before! ;):D So glad you feel one of the gang....I still don't! :p:o:o:o:o

Bensonsmum - Sorry to hear your DS failed :( I so agree with what you're said and the support you've given him. I failed my first test, it was a TOTAL and utter disaster! ....the night before, someone crashed my instructors car and damaged one of the wheels so much so that it needed replacing. He put the space saver wheel on and phoned me to let me know he would be picking me up at 8am as opposed to 8:45am. Mum did her best to calm me down and eventually convinced me it was a good thing because I'd be able to have more driving time before the test and feel more relaxed. She couldn't have been more wrong!!:mad:

Could only go 50mph on motorway with space saver wheel, got to 1st garage no wheels, suggested scrap yard, got to scrap yard and a driving instructor with same car had bought all the wheels the week before :eek:Only other option Peugeot garage, full price = instructor NOT happy, no mechanic available to fit it. Back to 1st garage, mechanic free in 10 mins, driving instructor led on ground jacking the car up 20 mins before test due to start. Got there with mins to spare, complete bervous wreck, I was shaking so much, I was actually bouncing in the chair and couldn't breathe! Couldn't focus the whole time, I was just a wreck. Failed, but was determined that it would be better next time round and driving was so important to me, I figured I'd just get back on the horse and rebook straight away. Most dates offered were 3/4 weeks time but there was a cancellation for 10 days later so I went for that and passed with only 1 minor :D:D:D:j

So just keep doing what you're doing and he'll be absolutely fine, driving in no time :A

dreamerbea - Awww bless your DD :A Hope she feels better today after her 1st day of the SATS. I think it's pretty unfair the emphasis that are placed on the exams and the pressure on such young one's shoulders :( You're a very lovely, understanding Mummy and I'm sure she loves you very much and appreciates your support :A

Tiny - Very glad to hear yesterday was a better day :jHope today is even better ;):D

littleladybug - :j:j:j WOW!!!!!!!!! AMAZING weight loss in such a short space of time, that's a fabulous achievement, you deserve more of a treat than 1p chocs ;)

Call of Trouty - :( Hope it all works out with the patio :(

cousinjack - Happy birthday to your DS :A

debs -:eek::(Arghhh how frustrating about the mascara! and missing out on your date too. Still there's got to be a positive in everything....atleast you've got one to donate for the next Clinique exchange! :T:rotfl:Hope it's much better soon :A

freddiesmum - Of course you're not being petty! And you're more than welcome here. Bad news about the retainer though :( Pretty expensive stuff!

3dogs - Hoping Bess is looking fabulous darling ;):D

Dinner at Snap and fourp's tonight? ;)

    Evening everyone.

Goodwood ticket x 4 in. Thanks to the OP.

Got myself a "Jugit" from Mr S Bob today.

Very clever device takes a 2 pint "bag" of milk.

Cuts a hole in and pours milk from the "Jugit"

The empty milk bag is recyclable.

    Jugit £1.98.

    S/skim milk bag 85p.

    S/skim milk bag 85p.

    Multi buy - £1.98.

    Milk bags 2 for £1 - 70p

So 4 pints of fresh milk, in 2 x 2 pint bags, and a widget for a £1.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
