Just for something different.........I never shoot BW so don;t be too scathing please! :)

    hound.jpg

    That's got great depth FK - I love B & W photos, my brother does lots of his in B & W
Also just saw a lovely dog pic and someone said about a dog theme today - going to catch up now that I have pored a large one!
Have an old boy myself here - not dh - my dog is 16yrs with a heart condition(may have posted already) he took a turn for the worst on Fri and ran across to vets who told me he couldn't do anything but stay at surgery coz vet thought he was going to go(so should consider euthanasia) .... after 20 mins he perked up so I took him home (dog not vet - he stayed miserable)
and he's still ok (not in pain or anything) wouldn't let him suffer but while he still has quality of life(eating, playing and shouting at me to pick him up all the time for a cuddle) i will keep him home!

Hope he is OK SkinandBlister :( As you say, as long as he is still playing, eating and sleeping ok ...... I am always in thought of something a friend once told me, to make sure that you are keeping your dog alive for their sake and not for yours ;) What sort of dog is he? Happy's guide to posting pics is on page one ;)

Thank you HC for the advice re oil boiler will get the filters checked before I get oil delivered.

I can finally say I got the 4p socks and the mint Aero lambs :j I also got a pack of Smarties mini eggs too :T
Picked up the sweets and 3 packs of the socks from Spr1ngh1ll Bangor and then picked up 3 more packs of socks in Kn0cknag0n3y. My Mum was with me and she asked why I was getting them, told her that she should know by now why I get random things and to see what they go through the till at. It was quite funny watching the look on her face but thought I was going to get the socks taken off me by SA on SS tills as the socks wouldn't register on the scales yet the lambs did  SA just scanned his barcode thing and walked off :D

Have these gone to 1p now then???!!!?? I might have to go check out my local express in the morning as this was the only thing scanning at full price when everything else was 1p. Last time I was in I saw a full bin of them
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

They are such a worry .... but wouldn't be without them :D One minute at death's door and the next acting like a puppy. You find yourself watching them all the time wondering if what they did was wrong, looking for any signs of them being too poorly. It is a very worrying time, but you are obviously a responsible and caring 'owner' (haha) and have dealt with this before

:rotfl: at his name - Chicken :rotfl: :rotfl:Gotta ask how he got that one
