Before I catch up I just want to say I have had a very good 1p/4p day.
:D
Firstly I found SIX BOXES of Aero lambs in a store I don't often go in to and I managed to get 4 full boxes (120 lambs) through a manned till. I thought I was going to get trouted because she said I had to get management approval because I was buying more than 10 of the same thing!! (has anyone else had this? I've bought more than 10 of something many times over). Manager came over and said something along the lines of "It's OK. We got that in for Easter, let him have all 120 if he wants them". Something tells me they didn't know it was down to 1p though because I paid my £1.20 and on my way out I overheard the SA say to the manager "I can't believe that only cost him £1.20". I couldn't help but look back.....the managers face was a picture.
Then on to two other stores that i don't often visit (because they don't have scanners) and i found 9 pairs of 4p socks. Heavy boot Socks and Thermals too. Socks are something that has evaded me until today and I'm happy to finally be out of the "no socks club"
:j:j:j:j:jApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I seen that actually, and in the nicest possible way, I did think he was a bit scary looking :silenced: Sorry Englebert!
Can't say I'm too keen on the song either. What's Jedwards song like? I'm guessing a bit more upbeat than Mr Humperdinks! :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Tks yet again Miss Laid - I have just been to the other extra and found another 20 mixed up with the normal marmalades. None of the Tesco's around here stock that make of jam unfortunately, just the marmalade. Just been round to a couple of the neighbours who were delighted and have some to give out tomorrow to family.
None in my store today, but that is not suprising as it never seems to have any of the glitches on this site!:mad:0 -

Keep looking something will turn up soon, I sometimes think I should keep my big gob shut as I don't want to be seen as bragging when others are not getting much0 -
Me and Nannylala have been a bit naughty;)We walked round the bootsale this morning and bought some old, manky mascaras for 20p each (They must have thought we were right skanky because they were all crusty & dried up:eek::eek::eek::eek:) But their was a method in our madness, it's the clinique mascara swap on Monday;):T:T:T
