When getting DTD on the wine the CS person asked for my Postcode :S is that new??! I gave it over (my uni one :D as I didn't want to argue) then asked for my house number  I said I was at uni. So she stopped.

But not really happy now. Shouldn't have given her anything should I?

Hi lts - I think a few of us have had this happen. I was concerned for a while, but then thought - why worry? I am just asking them to stick to their policy and it isn't that often I find a dtd. hth

    Yes, she was a child.

I remember that when the Aberfan Disaster happened, we all had to take a penny to school for the Disaster fund. Showing my age now!

Yes, there's a memorial plaque on the wall of the pub nearby. I have never been there but my husband went on a motorbike rally there and made a point of going to see it.

Thanks, I'll have a look for it next time I'm there and spend a moment to remember.

Can I ask what you used for your oven SS123?

Hi everyone :) lovely weather today........not

I used Oven Pride, you put the shelves from the oven into a plastic bag, and also coat the oven with the cleaning solution overnight and it magically just washes off and leaves everything shiny.:D I also put in all the metal parts of my hob, they are spotless now too.

I bought my Oven Pride from Makro and it did say professional on the box, but have bought it from T's or Home bargains before and it worked just as well.
