  • Morning all

Still can't get used to this! *yawns*
Looking like a nice morning though, I can see blue sky which makes it slightly more bearable being up at this time :rotfl:

Not got any plans for today, I think a nice quiet day doing not too much is in order :)

Just back from a trip to Mr T's first time round i got 4 lots of socks and 38 bags of springtime haribos and heart gummy thingies - not sure of the name as in the boot of the car. Decided to do SS - put the socks through first no probs and then on about packet no 27/28ish the till decided to play silly bleeders:eek::eek::eek: so SA comes over and puts his card up against screen then notices my 1p sweets:eek::eek: Not sure if we can sell you those - give me two seconds!! so i carry on scanning he comes back and says yes thats fine i just have to check when things go through at 1p:j:j:j so all well and good and i go to put them in the car and think to myself i might as well go back and get the rest of them - so i did - this time 42 bags, im there scanning away quite happily when another SA comes over and says we can't sell you them as we are making a loss, i carry on scanning whilst telling them what i was told 10 mins previously, SA then asks where i got them from as needs to be removed from sale so i sent her over the wrong side of the shop finished scanning, paid and did a runner out the door, im now the proud owner of 80 bags of Haribos less the two that have already been eaten - feeling a bit sick, due to a sugar rush but apart from that a lovely afternoon :):):)

    Fantastic stash!

That looks blooming relish! My diet has consisted of galaxy cakes this week, and the headaches have started, so it's back to eating healthily from today and leave the yummy munchies to the rest of the family. I too suffer from migraine and saw the news re Botox, this would be amazing if offered. I think condition you must have tried three other meds first?

Anyway thanks to you lot again and planning time on my part I cut my tesco bill in half to £33 last night the SA did it all through gritted teeth but I only used coupons I knew were correct so felt assured enough to go through with it.

Must start using up some of my freezer to make some space! So over to old style to get some meal planning ideas!

Beautiful morning here in north Devon :)

Home at last, and I can now tell you all where I have been. Just spent a week in Turkey. 2 years ago I set up a FB page to free 2 dolphins that were in a pool smaller than a tennis court. It has been a long journey. On Thursday I was very privileged to see Tom and Misha swim to freedom, back to the blue.
    This is the back story.

    Morning! all caught up :)

So sorry to hear health and spirits are low for some (thinking of you Lovingtescoforever and Purdita, and hang in there Fudge_Cake!)

It is a glorious day with a clear blue sky- will think of Jamsponge's dolphins on my run by the sea :j

a tid bit to contribute- anyone who has Persil coupons, there is a good JTD to be had. I got 2 Persil Small and Mighty non bio 28 washes for the pricely sum of £6.40 each :eek:! but had persil coupons and a wombled JTD... anyway they are 2 for £7 at A's, so you get £5.80 back  So if you had vouchers and a womble (like I did) then they were very nearly free!
...wonder if this can work with the good Dr. Karlee88's shop??

Off to plant out the veg seedlings that we whoopsied last year- they have all sprouted and it looks like we will have a garden! :T

I just want to say It wasnt just me who fought for the dolphins freedom. At one point we had 22,000 followers on FB .Sadly FB decided to archive the group and we lost the majority of people.

    Why was it all secret?
Born Free needed the exclusive to make as much money as possible as it cost them nearly a million pound to care for Tom and Misha.

In the last 48 hours they have travelled over 100 miles and it looks like they are heading back to where they were captured. Fingers crossed they find their family.:j
