Went to another tesco this afternoon and found 23 packs lindt eggs, 4 malteaser bunnies & 1 bag egg splats.
Was scanning them and my sister said "we're being watched" so I scanned them even quicker, just scanned the last one and heard "excuse me", I threw my money in the slot before turning round to a manager were the conversation went down hill
him - where did you find the 1p sweets
me - on the shelf
him - We're not allowed to sell them, I'll have to refund you
me - I've paid for them, they are now my property, touch them and it's theft and I'm phoning head office now
him - we'll let you have them this once but next time you won't be able to have them
me - If they're on the shelves and I purchse them I will be keeping them, bye
I was shaking by them I got to my car, glad it wasn't a tesco I usually go to.

No luck finding any 1p items but no surprise as I never find anything in my local. Did manage to get 7 welchs and some price flop cakes. Also got 2 activia pouring yogurt, free with the £1 buzz agent coupons.

Totally OT (for a change) does anyone know how to unsubscribe from free cycle. I stupidly used my normal e-mail address and now am inundated with emails. I have unsubscribed using their link but am still getting the emails. When I emailed them to ask to be removed I am being told my email address is not subscribed and therefore it is refusing the messages. I would still subscribe but want to change it to a different email address so it doesn't clog up my normal one.

Nice egg hauls guys. Just a quick question if I may Hubby rang to say he had got three pizzas at 54p each the ones that are buy one get two free anyhow the pizzas all went through at 54p each with no free ones? Is this correct can I ask?

My express had a box of bunnies and when I asked was told they had been removed from shelf and being returned. I said if they werent for a member of staff could I have a few well he called the manager who informed me no they had been recalled and they had an email to the effect that they needed to be returned. Thanks to a bit of charm I now have 6 bunnys xx;) xx Thanks to that lovely manager xx They are not all bad!

Went to another local T's this avo and the closest I got to Easter choccie was an empty box of Aero Lambs. Approached the box and I knew deep down it was already empty. Don't know why I was so bothered, no really keen on mint Aero anyway lol - now, if they were orange ones...!

Anyhow, not a complete disaster as picked up my fruit and veg that I needed anyway, using my £3 off voucher from the Mail. It didn't scan but after some scrutiny the SA put it through.

The best find though were some boxes of Cadburys Brunch Bars - choc chip flavour. Some boxes sat underneath the fruit flavoured ones but no SEL of £1.99 like the fruit ones. Scanned a box and they were 40p a box of 6 so I grabbed all 13 boxes :T. Don't expire until December so I will definitely be able to use them up by then! Think Brunch bars were mentioned previously but not sure if I saw on here or HUKD? Thanks to OP, whereever you were

I am quite envious of all the Chocolate. None in my store. However
my son's girlfriend works for a marketing company and one of her clients is Lindt. So I had lots of Lindt for my birthday last month and have an order in for some of the caramel balls which are absolutely my favourite.
Also I gave away my F&V voucher to the chap in front of me at the till as I know I wont use it in time. He was really surprised and very grateful

Evening everyone, Havent had time to get on since we got back from Ayr as been too busy at work etc.. but had a wonderful time daughters loved it and the weather stayed dry & sunny (until we got back home to newcastle where of course it was raining).
Take it from the last couple of posts that the easter stock has been reduced to 1p, if get an early finish from work tomorrow might try and have a look but not gonna hold my breath as never seem be any left here.
Haven't read back yet so hope everyone is well.
Anyway wine is about chilled so better go drink it. :beer:
