Morning all

Hope everyone is ok and {{{hugs}}} to all in need.
I'm hoping I haven't missed much, not caught up for the last few days so I hope everything is ok with everyone, have had a tough time sorting out everything for the meeting at the hospital with the Drs yesterday and now just feel emotionally exhausted.

One good thing though, yesterday, after the meeting I could have murdered for a pack of cigarettes, towards the end of the meeting I was even planning going to get them and which shop I would go to.... thankfully though I didn't crack

found a whole box of egg splats! on the top of the shelves... bought half and left half- put box back on top of shelf :cool:

Don't be fooled by that nagging voice, u have escaped the misery of putting that stinking, smelling, costly stick in your mouth and poisioning yourself...... your not giving up anything, your escaping..........
