Expecting the guest to drink 400-500 cans of beer, on us of course, might make use of T`S recycling services before Toni pinches them :)

Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker Xmas Saver!
Had a relatively lazy day then thought I'd go shopping for a wardrobe and see if I could get one for cheap.
Went to N3wt0wnabb3y, planned to go to Ts while I was there but forgot all about Belfast City Marathon and got caught up in the chaos but not to worry decided to go to Pizza Hut for lunch first then to do potential window shopping.

Realised that Harvey Norman was having a big sale so stopped off there on our way back from lunch, got a really nice chest of drawers from £249  down to £49 :T but had to phone my mum to pick it up as it wouldn't go into my car :o then straight to my house to leave it off but then realised that I knew I'd seen the design of it somewhere before, I'd seen one in their branch in Holywood Exchange being put to one side for a sale so I went there to see if the still had it and what price it would be.
Got there to find the same chest of drawers priced at £99  and the wardrobe was there but priced at £179, tried to be a bit cheeky and showed him the reciept for the drawers and said I'd take it if they reduced it by half :rotfl: seeing as the drawers I got were half the price he was seeling his for. Needless to say he didn't go for it but didn't want to pay more than £100 for it because one of the feet was damaged.
Walked off and he then came over and offered it for £125 (then had to pay delivery!) but had by that time decided that I could go to a local guy and get one very similar for nearly the same price including delivery and pay it off over a few weeks then he'd deliver, I think I'll go this route to get what I need because there's no rush really :D

All in all we had a good day.
    SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
    SPC 2014 £1100:D

French Knickers got to his local store.

Store closed, gorilla womble, last seen packing bin into boot.

    Roving reporter update coming soon.

Message for Redfox.....any calls for me to be renamed Stig should be disregarded as 'rubbish'!!!

The bin bags were a damp squib too (down to the cup off coffee that had been dumped in their)

It was funny but don't think I'll bother doing that again, although there is an asda I need to pass later......... :rotfl:
