Evening everyone, have been lurking on and off all day. Lovely pics FK - thanks.

How many times do I say I am not taking DS1 shopping to T's, he had no problem in getting the shop to over £80 to use a HH. The total shop before discounts/coupons etc was £125:eek::eek::eek: I did manage to get it down to £71 but this is loads more than what I normally pay now. He is definitely NOT coming with me again:p
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Hi would someone correct me if I am wrong, but was it Nikkilala who found the 1p love hearts?

You are hereby corrected - unless I have missed a post earlier than this one

i paid £1.15 for them in an express the other day....no biggie really cos I needed teabags anyway but at 20p they would have tasted so much nicer

When i was there, they had 2 different packs, one with the blue flash and one without. I went for the one without

    Well done :T

I LOVE meatballs n pasta. Unbeatable combo!

Tomorrow's will taste even better (leftovers always do as flavours intensify... and you appreciate only having to reheat it ;))

I tried looking back last night as I remembered seeing some little boxes of Guylian truffles the one with about four in, anyone know if these are scanning cheap?

They are not being sold in my extras anymore but saw them in a store where the scanner was not working. I thought I had a vague memory of someone saying they were 1p but not sure if I dreamt it and could only find details of the opus ones. TIA

There is a small box of 4 Guylian truffles that scans at 1p. It is a red box of 4 truffles. The small white box doesn't scan at 1p

Sorry, I thought it had been mentioned before. I can confirm BC in the morning (I have a box stashed in the bedroom but the baby is sleeping and I don't want to risk going in and waking her)

Nice pics, particularly the second one. I'm hopeless at aircraft pics. I'll dig some out (not taken any for a few years) and you can have a good laugh at all my lovely cloud pics!!! ;)

:rotfl: Now if we're comparing cloud pics...! ;) I agree second one is much better, I find aircraft difficult too. Especially when the sky conditions vary so much on the same day. They were both taken within a couple of minutes of each other so no time to play around with settings - one side clear blue sky, then they're flying amongst dismal grey cloud! And they don't slow down for me either which is highly inconsiderate imo!! :rotfl:

:T:T:T:T:T FK, Awesome piccies once again. I've found a couple that I took of the Red Arrows when they were in Falmouth last year. (Not up to your standard though!! :o ) Noticed I have another folder lurking from Yeovil air show a couple of years ago that I'll have to go through, it obviously never made it onto my doomed HDD. Doubtless it'll be full of pics of sky and not much else!!
