So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

OT but im in need of a new battery for my laptop - original Dell ones are around the £50 mark :eek::eek: yet i can get ones that fit - copies for less than £20 !!! has any one had any experience of using a copy type battery rather than an original in their laptops??? im loathe to spend so much on a battery if its just the name im paying for - or are their pitfalls to using copies - any feedback would be great TIA xxx[/QUOTE]

I bought a battery for my Toshiba laptop recently off ebay for £9 incl delivery and it holds its charge for at least 2 hours. I did buy the identical battery to my old one, (I searched for model no of my old battery) but found they were really expensive elsewhere. I emailed the seller first to ask how long it held its charge.

:T:T:T:T:T FK, Awesome piccies once again. I've found a couple that I took of the Red Arrows when they were in Falmouth last year. (Not up to your standard though!! :o ) Noticed I have another folder lurking from Yeovil air show a couple of years ago that I'll have to go through, it obviously never made it onto my doomed HDD. Doubtless it'll be full of pics of sky and not much else!!

Nice pics, particularly the second one. I'm hopeless at aircraft pics. I'll dig some out (not taken any for a few years) and you can have a good laugh at all my lovely cloud pics!!! ;)

I hope you manage to find one. When I emailed the sellers, a few said they
didn't know, I didn't bother with those. A few years ago I bought a cheap battery that seller didn't specify how long it held it's charge and it only ended up lasting about 15 minutes  I have learnt since then! :p
