tigerwhite wrote: »Afternoon everyone. Quickly catching up before I have to bath DS in 20 mins. Trip to London to test drive was a complete farce...numerous issues, lack of communication, wide-boys not doing their job, really bad time management on their part (i could go on) and finally the 2 cars I'd requested to drive on Thursday, one had been sold last Sat but they failed to mention to me. I was literally shaking with rage at this point and went to storm out.. but decided against it and asked to speak to manager - think they were worried I'd go into early labour in the showroom!!! I was so mad at the c**k and bull I'd been fed. So the upshot of it is they are bringing a car to me to test drive and I'm not going to north london again!! They couldn't organise a p1*s up in a brewery....
And breathe....
There's no way they would have got a second chance with me. If their service is that bad when you are just organising a test drive, how bad would it be if you needed to use them after you'd bought the car?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. queen_of_cheap wrote: »i paid £1.15 for them in an express the other day....no biggie really cos I needed teabags anyway but at 20p they would have tasted so much nicer
When i was there, they had 2 different packs, one with the blue flash and one without. I went for the one without
Thanks, that's what they scanned at in the extra. I did get some in a clearance section couple weeks ago that mostly had Kosher stuff in, but I didn't think these were Kosher maybe I was wrong. They were 49p but I gave them to mum, I guess these are the ones we are looking for. They were short dated May, I assumed that is why they were so cheap. I'm popping round mum's in a minute so will have a look and note the barcode.0 -
I decided to be brave and try the Value battered fish portions, for 69p for 4 they are worth a try...they are cooking now so I'll let you know what they are like:eek:
I got the value fish fingers too, last box left in my store U99£r B04t looks like they had a rush on!
And I was forced (unwillingly) to buy some more chocabloksto make up a nice £5 for the frozen coupon with a bag of McCain crinkle chips - total £5.07!:j

tricia if you need a hand moving just give me a shout. i am only round the corner.
we off to walk around the lighthouse soon. we are allowed 3 hours to get there and 2.1/2 back as the sunsets at 8.xx pm, as the organsiers dont want anybody left on the beach or cliffs when it is dark.
i am so excited. i [STRIKE]nagged[/STRIKE] talked my eldest sister into doing it as well. she is over 50yrs old and moaned that she was too old. my son said "mum is having her toe chopped off soon, if she can do it so can you"!!!! kids are so honest aint they.
i am talking 3 liters of fluid, a bag of sweets, camera phone and my sons medicene, painkillers (in case my toe decides to play up) and dry clothes for when we get back to the car.
wish me luck. i will put the pics up tomorrow.
Hope you have a great time:T
Just back from T's and A's with Nannylala and had a great shop. Used the £80 HH voucher and Nannylala gave a lovely helping hand by putting a £25 printer on it to bump it up.She has decided the time has come to print vouchers:T:T:T:T very proud of her to think that a few months back she hadnt even used a computer and now she can tell me if I've missed anything on the thread;) :TManaged to get the final bill down from £82 to £47 with vouchers and that included her printer so I was very:)Got the cakes with the priceflop voucher no problem.
A's have got their reed diffusers in Crisp Linen & lilac which I've never seen before down from £6 to £3 so got one and it smells gorgeous ( got addicted to these after DTD) and their are usually airwick vouchers floating around so off to see if I can find some;)Mr Lala has gone to Wembly for the footie so they'll be fun & games in our house tonight;):rotfl::rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0
