    afternoon

tricia if you need a hand moving just give me a shout. i am only round the corner.

we off to walk around the lighthouse soon. we are allowed 3 hours to get there and 2.1/2 back as the sunsets at 8.xx pm, as the organsiers dont want anybody left on the beach or cliffs when it is dark.
i am so excited. i [STRIKE]nagged[/STRIKE] talked my eldest sister into doing it as well. she is over 50yrs old and moaned that she was too old. my son said "mum is having her toe chopped off soon, if she can do it so can you"!!!! kids are so honest aint they.

i am talking 3 liters of fluid, a bag of sweets, camera phone and my sons medicene, painkillers (in case my toe decides to play up) and dry clothes for when we get back to the car.
wish me luck. i will put the pics up tomorrow.

:T Have a great time MMW, hope your toe behaves lol. Look forward to seeing the photos tomorrow :)
Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it ....... just pee on it and walk away.

hugs to you qoc thanks for the tip for supadrug i got these moisturisers for 10p a while back but no nail file.
i'm feeling sorry for your Dad as this can be quite a frightening condition, especially when they feel the palpitations, the good thing now is that it has been diagnosed and can be treated and monitored by the specialist. The condition is quite common actually and many people go on to lead normal lifes once treated. so keep your chin up and know that your Dad is in good hands. take care hun your a wee trooper xxx

Thank you :A I think perhaps because of the job that I do, I am more aware of it that my dad is, and mum especially as she has tendencies to be a bit of a panic merchant sometimes. We're just going to wait and see what happens next week. He knows that its nothing to be worried about physically but its his job he's worried most about.
    Thank you x

Enjoy! I am off on a 130 mile round trip tomorrow for some walking in Wales and I cant wait....i am taking water (and lots of it!), a flask of tea, crisps, sandwiches, bananas, camera and phone, and even a hat, scarf and gloves!!! I'll have spare shoes and socks in the car.

Typical. The first saturday night i get to myself for over a year and i'll be in bed early!
