    I've managed to humiliate myself.....AGAIN!!

There is a new housing development in our village and my neighbour told me that you could walk around some of it now they've taken some of the big safety gates down.
I've just walked Purdy up there and was having a lovely time peering through the windows and having a good old nosey at the kitchen units etc. The show home was looking fab!!
Anyway, there is a very nice looking stone clad detached house fronting onto the lane which I assumed was another style of show home opened as it had curtains at the windows.......

You can just guess the rest...but let's just say I won't be walking up there tomorrow....and I am now sat waiting for the police to arrive to cart me off for being a peeping Tom :rotfl:
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

omg there is a trailer for the hoarders on the one show. wow how can anyone live like that?

Can anyone remember the sweet old guy who hoarded newspapers and his house was filled within one foot of the ceiling and lived on a boiled egg every day? There was gonna be a part 2 but I never saw it. I got a real emotional connection to him and would love to discover that therapy worked for him. It was quite touching to see the community spirit demonstrated by his neighbours in the end.

    Can I ask please

Been trying to plan something for this weekend as a surprise for a loved one, been putting all the aspects of it together and in the past week a lot of the things have not come through.

I have a new plan which is extremely tight for time but it involves a restaurant and using a taste card to make it affordable. The thing is I thought I had a taste card but apparently I got the name wrong and while I can get a free trial it won't make it through post before next week.

Does anyone know any way at all of getting a taste card quickly in London without waiting?? Even paying for postage or travelling to collect it (within reason obviously) I would do, I have been searching for any options

Please, is there anything anyone knows of, I really do not want all the planning to fall apart because of that and this weekend is really important to me

I am sure they sell on ebay, just put distance first to collect.
Although something in the back of my mind is telling me that O2 had something to do with these. I could be completely wrong though, wouldn't be the first time:rotfl::rotfl:

Just ran into Tesco when going to vote. Probably someone reported by now, but both the anchor spreadable and light had SEL of £2 and that's what they scanned at. HTH

I can't go into too much detail, an incident happened to my nephew at school. The school should have phoned an ambulance instead they phoned his mother who was an hour away, then they kept her there while they filled in a form. He spent 2 days in hospital.

Not relating to the incident she wants to know who to complain to re the fact they didn't call an ambulance straight away, I've looked on Birmingham Council website still can't figure out who to contact. Any ideas ? She will be going to see the headmaster

My guess would be the governors in the first instance. Sounds horrendous. Hope your nephew is ok
