EEEk just had my first trouting. Was in Eeeevesham. did a test run of socks and then went for a biggie. Was lucky enough to catch sa putting up some small ones as I got the bigger pairs so got those too
did all 12 packs paid and then got a sa come up and say you cant buy those I noticed they are goign through wrong.

Me: I just did -- heres my receipt......so supervisor called

You can buy those price is wrong. I will refund you

Me: they dont belong to you anymore, you cannot take my things

they cant be sold due to health and safety reasons..if anything happened you could be sued.

Me: I am standing y ground as these are going to a homeless shelter ( which is true ..as are the 10packs I got yesterday)

We donate stuff like this to charity
Me: You donate faulty socks? There are homeless people walking round woooster in thse

So the manager was contaced on the phone......and guess what...on this occassion I could have them!

Me: the homeless of w will be very grateful to you

Unwrapped me double decker, took a defiant bite gave a smug look and walked off

Would have caved immediately usualy but I was determined to get those socks!! lol

The scanner in creepy crawl$y is on the first floor next to the lift by the women's clothes. The other one that was near the bread aisle downstairs was taken away months ago.:(:(

Attempted trouting last night
SA - can I see those please they are not the right price.
Me -Certainly but I have paid for them
SA - why would the mens socks be 4p
Me -I have no idea
- gently prising them from her.
But I have paid thankyou they are mine,
- I just walked away,heart all a flutter/ in my mouth.

Nothing they could do really & I had bought 4p FK tights in another store & the SA just said are they really 4p - what a bargain:T
BTW found a new 4p item - will try to post photo later

if you have bought it and completed the transaction by paying for it, i am 99% sure they can't take it off you, not legally. The sale/contract was completed when you offered the money at till point and they accepted it and printed out your receipt. They cannot force you to accept a refund, if you dont agree to it.

what's up with the chocolate raisins.

I have bought those. They were even on .com when I tried checking.

Receipt should say which store it was I think. Try checking with the chocolates, they are t brand so usually by the floor.
