    Hi the back story very complicated but I will try to explain I put a post in without ebreviating the town name i.e Purley instead of P.r.l.y so that members would not have a wasted journey. According to T.H. I have commited a big sin.

    The first one, could it be Wizadora? There was a scarecrow and the TV thing you remember might it be the "very old fish" in his fishtank which I seem to remember was quite clever and funny.
    The second one, you've been given the answer to - the Racoons.

    There was also a TV in Will 'O the Wisp... the very scary Evil Edna...

    Evening all

    havent posted for what seems like ages, even though it was only yesterday morning. Havent really had much to say :(

    Popped to the co-op for some milk earlier and was following Mr Bloke with the whoopsy gun thing :rotfl: came home with 2 packs of sausages at 37p each, a pack of donuts for 20p, 2 packs of crumpets at 12p each and a pack of hot cross buns for 27p :j:j:j Not as good as some peoples whoopsies but its made me feel better :) Everything seperated into portion sizes and in the freezer :)

    And now I am 50/50 about popping up to T's for socks, but i dont want the disappointment i get from getting up there and it already being empty cos the staff are on the ball there :(

    Just got this email :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I am not sure exactly how it works, but this is amazingly accurate.
    Read the full description before looking at the picture.

    The picture below has 2 identical dolphins in it.
    It was used in a case study on stress levels at St. Mary's Hospital, London.

    Look at both dolphins jumping out of the water.
    The dolphins are identical.
    A closely monitored scientific study revealed that, in spite of the fact that the dolphins are identical;

    A person under stress would find differences in the two dolphins.
    The more differences a person finds between the dolphins, the more stress that person is experiencing.

    Look at the photograph and if you find more than one or two differences you need to go on holiday.

    Thanks to Eb Scrooge the OP, this made me smile

    A frog goes to the bank to ask for a loan. He goes to the cashier - her name-plate shows that she's called Patricia Wack - and she asks for some collateral. The frog produces one of those little snow-globes. Patricia says, "Hmm, I'm not sure. What's your name ?"

    "Kermit", replies the frog, "Kermit Jagger".

    Patricia is still not convinced, so goes to see the manager. "He said his name was Kermit Jagger, as if that was supposed to mean something", she explains to the manager, "And he gave me this as collateral,, but I've no idea what it is."

    The manager says .....

    .....

    ( wait for it ) .....

    .....

    "It's a knick-knack, Patty Wack, give the frog a loan. His old man's a Rolling Stone"
