Morning all - just done atrociously in the quiz but I have been up since 4am with about 2 hours sleep. Took my OH into hospital this morning, he is finally having the op that was postponed from February 8th! Will be in hospital for 10-14 days as they are removing infection from within the bone. It is such a relief to just get this far!
Ooh, that sounds awful. Hope your OH has a safe op...

Morning all just to let anyone waiting on Mission control L2S £25 vouchers I mailed them the other day and the reply was as follows

Thanks for all your contributions to Mission Control.
We had such an amazing response it’s taken a bit longer than expected to get through the moderation and processing of all the rewards, and the success rate of applications meant we needed to order more vouchers.

We’re working through the outstanding accounts as soon as we have the rewards in place.
Thank you so much for your patience- hopefully you’ll receive the last of your rewards soon.

    Kind regards

    Penny
    Supersavvyme team

From what I can read they are waiting on delivery to them of the vouchers.
Hopefully it wont be too long

Afternoon all. Had a quick visit to my local Mr T extra this morning on the way back from the builders merchant. Felt quite confident that, now I was armed with a few B/Cs for socks, i would be lucky. :)

No such luck I'm afraid:( Did spot some big gaps where I thought I'd seen some possible boot/walking socks a few days ago but the B/Cs I had at the time didn't match. Looks like the new B/Cs that have appeared were these ones. Should have had them scanned:mad: Don't recall any local posters mentioning sucess at St+ckt+n Extra so I guess it must have been lurked:cool:

Back to the grind. No time to catch up in detail. Bye for now:)
    Awaiting a new sig

does anybody please remember a kids show from a long time ago where thewre was a cardboard (i think) TV which spoke etc and i think had a tuft of hair and a man that i think was either a scarecrow or had like white mop like hair and i think they lived in a scrap yard/ landfill site etc?
im trying to remember what its called ive looked everywhere online and cant find anything about it :(
and.. the cartoon where there was a pink thing always smoking a cigar and his nose went outwards then downwards, and he had 3 pig helpers and he was rich and mean, and his son was really sweet and friends with everyone else. This is really driving me crazy i dont know where else to look for it either. TIA
The racoons- I loved it... Bert racoon was the main one and him and his friends were fighting against Cyril Sneer. But Cedric Sneer (the son) was Bert's best friend. The 3 pigs were employed by nasty Cedric sneer..

    back..hi all

didnt find anything interesting but i must admit that i didnt look that hard either.

bought 2 OJ (not glitch ones) 2 for £2.50 and realised that i got the ones with bits in them instead of the smooth one. asked the lady that served me if i can go change them and she gave me this look as if i just asked her if its ok for me to peee on the conveyor belt......... sighed loudly and cancelled the orange juice and shove them to me...

on her badge it was written that she has been with the team since 2007......
some people have attitude so sh1tty that no amount of training would make them decent enough to serve customers. period.

after that i went to another T found a pack of socks and was serve by a nice friendly chatty SA who was so pleased that i got the 4p bargains she heard of. :) there are still 5 packs of socks in 5W, if anyone is looking for them.

Ah I've had to add more stuff to my favourites.

I now have £2 off any caresse lipstick and £2 off any cosmetics. I guess these are all too expensive to warrant me buying, even with a voucher? Any ladies offer opinions on a best buy?

Thanks FK, didnt realise that this is what i did to get the coupons again. I got the £2.50 skincare one again thuough as well by adding more skincare stuff. ive not found anything useful to spend the cosmetics ones on i'm afraid

And thanks for the brand match info. I hadnt realised the £20 minimum spend. I have a £3 off wys £20 so I might combine a few coupons. anyone know if you can use more than one Brand Match at a time?
