Yippee, I've just been out and found my first pair of 4p socks!!! (it's the men's performance walking ones, b/c 5098). Thanks so much for Miss Laid's posting and info.
Also, I got a few *cough* of the price flop leaflets and have used the £1 off £3 cake spend MOC. Got 2 packs of the Jaffa cake bars @ £1.30 each BOGOF and a T own brand jam rolls for 40p. Spend of £3. then £1 coupon followed by BOGOF so a princely sum of 70p :j

Finally, the Finish dishwasher tablets, 26 in a pack, was reduced from £7.50 down to £4. should have expired yesterday but it has been extended to 7th or 8th May so avoid these for now.
    Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

im trying to remember what its called ive looked everywhere online and cant find anything about it :(
and.. the cartoon where there was a pink thing always smoking a cigar and his nose went outwards then downwards, and he had 3 pig helpers and he was rich and mean, and his son was really sweet and friends with everyone else. This is really driving me crazy i dont know where else to look for it either. TIA

Don't remember the TV but I recall a couple of similar series, Catweazle and Worzel Gummidge, don't think they are what you are after but the best I can come up with !

  • i went into town to my podiatrist 14.30 appointment, arrived at 14.25 :Tonly for my phone to remind me the appointment is at the podiatrist (hosp):mad:. thankfully the roads were clear.:T only to have it confirmed that my toe cant be saved and it has to be chopped off, they sort of mentioned this last week, in a "maybe" manner. they said i wont be allowed to drive for 2-3 weeks, its my left foot ,so the time is shorter than a right foot.
so now i have to stock up on cravendale milk (it has a longer date) and bread flour.

the strange thing is my mum also had the same toe chopped off, and she had diabetics as well.

Hi Mmw sorry to hear about your toe .I have had my second toe amputated about 4 weeks ago due to diabetic ulcers for the last 2 years .I got so worked up about going in,and now wish I had it amputated sooner. I chose to have it done under local anaesthetic and have to say I felt nothing and was allowed home the next day.all is well now and it has healed really well ,my follow up xrays have come back clear.i can now go walking and pain free.so try not to worry, easy to say I know . Good luck.
