hope all your home improvements are going to plan

Thanks dreamerbea.:)If my home improvements were going to plan I'd be much more relaxed and back on the Tesco trail :rotfl:

i went into town to my podiatrist 14.30 appointment, arrived at 14.25 :Tonly for my phone to remind me the appointment is at the podiatrist (hosp):mad:. thankfully the roads were clear.:T only to have it confirmed that my toe cant be saved and it has to be chopped off, they sort of mentioned this last week, in a "maybe" manner. they said i wont be allowed to drive for 2-3 weeks, its my left foot ,so the time is shorter than a right foot.
so now i have to stock up on cravendale milk (it has a longer date) and bread flour.

the strange thing is my mum also had the same toe chopped off, and she had diabetics as well.
MMW, oh dear, not the best of news. When do you have to have it done?

Nikki - :TAmazing news from the physio:jPlease please look after yourself though and don't push yourself too much, I know I'm the worst culprit for that so I'm a complete hypocrite! But after everything you've been through, you want it to continue healing nicely :Dxo you're fit for the whoopsie scrum once more! ;)

lookingforabargain - Glad you found your sim, I HATE losing anything!

Well have been to town and no 4p socks, tights or anything else and my store had cleared the wine aisle of any wine/champagne sel's which finished today and have not rolled over!!! So no wine either to console myself with.

Completely off topic does anyone have a kindle keyboard and have you looked at the new kindle touch? Just wondering what the differences are -- beside the obvious of course ......... My daughter works for tesco so can get discount and use a helping hand voucher taking £20 of the price then could sell my kindle keyboard and almost cover the cost of the new one just not sure if it is worth it....

I cant find your post artha , to reply too.either that or I'm dim. Been visiting our local quite often recently( maternity leave and naff all to do). Not a lot at all going on missed the haribo, no choc left the other day. zip zilch. I also hope tesco get right royally screwed over with the xmas mothers day etc stuff. They never reduce it significantly. I do know the staff get exceptionally good discounted stuff so perhaps thats where it goes. Although CS must have had training as "smiler" has been lovely lately and even did a swop without receipt. Billy however have joined the miserable faced gang. Oh theatre were some reduced table clothes to 3.75 and 3.24 in the boro one near the farm. Black cotton and a wipe clean. If you need any black one was quite nice. hope your keeping well

Hi barbara6812. Nice to hear from you again. I assuming that you must have delivered by now? although I didn't see any signs the local big bonfire you promised when you got rid of your pants;)
Not venturing further than my local at the moment and even then it's only with scraps of info from here that I've gleaned on fleeting visits. Had a look for 4p items but nothing that I could find:)

you could try Culzean Castle for a day out when your at Ayr.
It belongs to the national trust for scotland, not been in a while but have had some great days out there in the past. the grounds are huge and takes you right down to the coast. some fantastic views as well. look up the website for more info to see if it would suit you first though:)
mmm..... these strawberries make my breath happy mum ds

On a strand of pure silver, I'll welcome each day
