Nannylala and me had a lovely day shopping, as usual bad influence on me and I have bought the highest, strappiest pair of shoes that I don't know when I'm going wear but I fell in love with:oNannylala just said her favourite thing "If they make you happy have them" So I did, but in my defence they were in the sale;)And a new top, some books, a candle and a few other bits. Out of curiousity as I've always wondered this....
If you were to return this unsuitable coat without a receipt would you get the full amount back on a moneycard (assuming it hadn't been reduced)?
No they won't they will exchange for something in the same departmentGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

I did start a reply last night but then the computer went mad so I gave up. I used to have an AT & T calling card I have no idea how I heard of it, I applied by phone it confused them that I didn't have a US address or landline so they put me down as military :rotfl:I used to use it over there & pay via International Money Order in dollars when they sent the bill. Thats all lond defunct.
I did buy a cheap mobile complete with a prepaid sim in a supermarket (Walmart)a few years back but only used it over there to contact people in the U.S. Its a weird thing it only last a set time then you have to reregister & get another number I didn't bother this time.
I'm only a PAYG person so I'm afraid I have no idea about Blackberrys etc you could ask over on The Dibb.com or MKS may know.Sorry I can't be more help
Thanks QPR - I have told her about buying a PAYG phone over there with local SIM, and about a site Martin recommends to buy SIM before you go, and she is looking into theseJust to say hello and goodbye, I'm so busy today so I hope everyone's ok! I recall seeing a lot of people saying congratulations on the good news to 3dogs about 'miracleman'......I haven't located the original post but whatever the good news was, congratulations!!!
:rotfl: :rotfl: Thanks Kadison. His consultant called Alan a Miracle Man for his abcess wound healing so well as he'd thought it might not heal or would become a problem. Doc also said that every time he sees Alan he is really humbled by his attitude in dealing with the cancer. So Alan is our Miracle Man :rotfl: :rotfl:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12
