    Hiya!

Question for you..... Do any of you have any experience of using 'Ebay's Purchase Program'? It's for buying a car. The seller says that you pay the money to ebay and they don't release the money to the seller until the car has been inspected and accepted by ourselves. Is this correct? I'm worried that the guy sounds a bit dodgy so wouldn't want him getting the money without having a car to show for it. TIA
