Explain to me why you can't buy alcohol before 10am

Why 10 am? I don't see the logic but I'm happy to be educated if there are reasonable reasons why. I dropped daughter off at school this morning then headed off to do the shopping. It was 9.30am when I was at the till so the bottle of wine I had in my trolley was taken off me. Fair enough, I didn't realise it couldn't be…

Funny that the powers that be think that by limiting opening hours to buy alcohol will nip this national problem in the bud.

4 years ago the government put forward proposals to put a minimum price per unit, and Tescos / Co Op etc are still advertising 15 cans lager for £20 or buy 2 crates for £30 (ie 30 cans)??

If people want or whatsmore - need alcohol, they will ensure they don't go without
