e2save - automatic credit
Have read through the numerous posts regarding problems getting cashback from e2save but how about getting the first automatic credit?
I purchased my phone on 12th December 06 and am still waiting for my credit. I did see on the web site that a cheque is raised after two months but how long do you have to wait?
There is an faq about this which directs you to an 0845 number which I am resisting as I presume it's yet another scam by charlie d to recoup some dosh.

It took mine two months after the redepmption period to get mine. Slow, but reliable. Surprisingly, my first claim after that, is going better. Once I posted off the claim, they sent me a text to confirm that it arrived. They then sent me a text to confirm that all was in order. Very impressed!

We bought a phone from e2save on that very same day.
Is the automatic credit you talk about the £6?
We got a cheque from e2save for £6 a couple of weeks ago(which will have been 2 months after we bought the phone). I didnt even realise there was going to be a cheque so it was a nice suprise.
If this is the amount you are talking about, you probably should have received it by now, as i have mine. I'd take it up with them.0 -
this is quite common that they usually say things like "delays due to a backlog" or problems with their "system" etc just stalling tactics. They will pay it but just at their convienence. Just be firm that you would like them to stick to their contact otherwise you "may" have to seek legal advice.ummm...0

Thanks for the info but reluctant to spend even more money and time on the phone to them chasing it up - waiting for a cheque for £11 and already spent over £15 on phone calls due to various "issues".
Still its only 3 weeks overdue. Can't wait to start claiming the cashback for real in a few months time.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0
