Phones4U and Dialaphone - buying out a contract?

Has anyone had any success on the phone with either Dialaphone or Phones4U with buying out a contract? They both have good deals on the phone I want but I still have £60ish left on my current contract and I will probably wait until I pay that off if no joy with a buyout (very MSE!!). I could go through Quidco or Topcashback to get £50 cashback but I'm very new to this and my first purchase hasn't tracked so I'm not too confident about going that route.

Anyone have any good buyout deals?

Buying out is never MSE because without buyout you can get more money in form of either cashback or a better deal.

AFAIK, buying out is more common for the shops.

Sorry not to be clear, I meant that it was MSE to wait until the contract ends rather than pay it off myself. I appreciate that if I wait I would be able to go for cashback too but my experience with my first 2 cashback transactions hasn't filled me with confidence.
I looked at the phone I want in a Phones4U shop and they wanted £36 per month when the phone is available for £21.50 on their own website! Even if they would buy out my contract that would still be an awul deal. That's why I was asking about buyouts over the phone. I'll probably give them both a ring and see what they say. Can't lose anything by asking.

Companies like p4u are known to pay much bigger cashback ('automatic' cashback or redemption deals, 'gifts') than cashback sites like quidco/tcb. You can waste a part of this potential cashback on being bought out.

they offset your buyout with the deal they offer you.

if you wait till the end of your contract over the period of the new one you should be financially much better off over the term.

The buyout process isn't a favour, its a money maker for P4u and the like...

Thanks, I'll give them a ring but won't be holding out much hope of a bargain.
