Mon: fish in breadcrumbs (from the shop), vegetables
Tues: cold chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, gravy
Weds: shepherds pie (already in the freezer from 3 weeks ago)
Thurs: chicken pie (make three, freeze two) and veg
Fri: pasta and sauce (probably easy carbonara - cheese sauce with a bit of bacon and veg in)
Sat: HM pizza
lunches are homemade soup and sandwiches, or cheese on toast, or vegetable cheese (like cauliflower cheese, but with anything I can find in it) with fruit and yoghurt for pudding. Evening puddings are fruit.0 -

We have a local veg shop that only opens Thurs-Sat as they sell overstock from a wholesaler. Apart from staples like onions and potatoes you never quite know what they will have, but almost all of it is packaged in large bowls for £1. The quantity of grapes for a £1 are more than I could ever hope to use. At the end of saturday you can pick up whole trays of mangos or limes for £1.
