Although I did really manage to keep up this week, my house has seen the benefit of what has been done. Hopefully next week I'll manage a bit more. I'm going to tackle Wednesdays stuff this morning.

macpep at a guess it's Capital One or a related company. Their credit builder card they can't/won't change interest rate on, it's ran through another department with the focus of getting people to pay back ASAP so they keep it high. They insist you apply for a different card which is a different type of account to change the interest rate. If your rating has improved maybe try an alternative company for a different card with a good introductory offer.

Another iffy day, forecast said dry morning but nope so more TD usage, several loads behind on my washing. House is too damp to do it inside. Puppy got me up at 7.30 which is good for him but because Daddy was sleeping on the sofa & he wanted a wee, usually he wants company by 6am.

My list for today of must do - I'm doing these small lists and see extras as bonus

    Sort fridge
Meal plan - small shop if needed
    3 washer/dryer loads
DW filled emptied refilled & emptied (stack of washing up)
Unpack my pampered chef order from rach :D
Go to caravan storage to see if fishing rods are there
    Clear a kitchen bench
    Fill a dining area cupboard
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Morning ladies

Didnt get back in after Thursday evening when I did eventually do a little bit. Not sure what happened yesterday evening but I didnt do anything so I nee to find my list and see where I'm at as I have yet another Sunday working, still the overtime will come in handy.

DH and I have had a lazy morning so far today but I need to get showered and dressed and go down to the chemist to get my GF script items and see what they have 'allowed' me to have this month. Apparently there is a new system and you are only allowed 14 points, a loaf of bread being 1 and thye come in a box of 8 so thats 8 for starters . I wouldnt mind but I havent had any stuff for 2 years and had hoped to get as much as I could on a 3 month prepayment cert!!! Will do a small shop as I spent so much since payday on the 15th its untrue.

Have had a read through the thread this morning and while I cant remember much, I just want to extend a big hug to those who need one especially lil-me's friend and those struggling with illness or children's illnesses. I have been very lucky with my 2 so far in that apart from DD's errr 'character' I have had no problems to deal with.

Away to find my list first then shower.
    See you all later.

DD1's dress was £375!!!! I am still hoping DD2 wants to wear it next year!!!! and all 5 of the other girls!

DD2's prom dress for year 11 was about £100, so over 2 proms we've done OK. DD1's prom dress was borrowed and I spent £5 on a bangle for her (she's very MSE that girl - and since they've taken her DLA away she's even better at moneysaving!)

I'm now VERY worried about DD2- she's absolutely worn out by this post-viral fatigue. Having one with CFS ( 6.5 years and counting) you will not find it difficult to work out where my worries lie. I would like DD2 to consider doing her A2's in January and just resting now..... she is not keen however.....

If there are any spare posi-vibes or spoons around they would be so much appreciated at Yorkie Towers...

Oh what a fabulous weekend this is looking to be!

I swear I am going to murder DD3.. the theiving little sod has taken an iphone charger/headphones etc.. she is banished to her room with the power off (so no wii) and a vacuum cleaner and told she can tidy the pigsty and think about why she took it, what she hoped to accomplish by it and how many times she will have to apologise before she is actually forgiven (in reality once is enough so long as it is meant.. the only reason she is ever 'sorry' is because she is found out) I am so angry with her, I have been asking for a psych evaluation of her for the last 6 years at least..

Moomin and tiddles are accomplices so they have been given the front room to tidy with a flea in their ears.

    DW done..

Dot still in bed so I shall play with washing.. make the most of the dry day and get as much as possible on the line.. and hopefully declutter all the baby stuff to DD1's.. I will have my bedroom back.

OH off to mince the grass so the cats will Shpoop in it less hopefully and go back to their poo pots!

There was a programme on here during the week and Liz McColgan was having difficulty getting her kids to tidy up, they said just tell them that the floor must be clear each day and the bed made so I tried this on DS and it's worked... only a few days in so far but maybe "tidy up" was too vague for him:rotfl:This means his room will be much easier this weekend.
