Problem With GlobalTestMarket

I feel an idiot as the cheque was already despoited in October 2011. I had no idea as it was delivered to my mothers address and she put it in my bank without telling me. So all this time, I was thinking I didn't have payment when I have.
I'll get this sorted with GTM right away.0 -
It's great that you've been paid by them
Glad you found out 0 -
I realised because another GTM member of staff contacted me "Sasha" who is not as blunt and careless like Victor. For others to see, here is the message from Sasha:
I replied with:According to our records, you contacted us to report a missing check. Our records indicate the check was sent, received and cashed on Oct 6, 2011.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
Thank you,
Sasha M.
Sasha replied with:I apologise to you. I see the cheque was deposited on 4th October 2011. My mother must have done deposited it for me without my knowledge. I have a question though that I would like you to answer.
If you knew the cheque was cashed in October 2011, why did you say you would resend the cheque twice more?
My issue with GTM has been resolved and I no longer dislike them.We owe you an apology as well. I’ve inquired with our customer service team as to why they said they’d resend the payment twice and it was an error. The customer service agent failed to refer to a check status document before replying to you. I have asked the manager to ensure the agent is properly trained going forward. Our sincerest apologies.
Please let me know if you have further questions. Happy to hear your check was received!
Kind regards,
Sasha M.0
