Problem With GlobalTestMarket

I apologise if this is thread is in the wrong forum.
I've been participating in GlobalTestMarket surveys for a couple of years now (I'm in the UK). I've successfully received two cheques in the post from GlobalTestMarket averaging £35 each. On 24th August 2011, I redeemed 1270 Marketpoints. They tell me the cheque would arrive to my address between 6 - 8 weeks. Here is their message:
I waited 9 weeks but no cheque arrived. I contacted them and they said they will send another. About 9 weeks later, still no cheque. I contacted them and they said this:
I provided my grandparents address this time on 26th February and GlobalTestMarket said the new cheque would arrive between 6 - 8 weeks. It's now coming up to 8 weeks and still no cheque. They said they will forfeit my earnings if after the 3rd attempt, the cheque does not arrive. The address I provided for the third and forth failed cheques is the same address I used for first two cheques. In fact, my member details have not been edited since I joined several years ago.
I have almost 2000 Marketpoints stored on my account currently as well as the 1270 from the undelivered cheques. What can I do? I've spent so many hours each week giving my opinion, was this for nothing?
Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,
We have confirmed that a new check must be processed. If the check was returned
to us the processing time would be reduced. In this case however, a new check
needs to be prepared and it will take another 4-6 weeks if you reside in the
United States or 6-8 weeks if you reside outside of the United States to
arrive.
Thank you for your patience.

I waited 9 weeks but no cheque arrived. I contacted them and they said they will send another. About 9 weeks later, still no cheque. I contacted them and they said this:
Hi,
Our effort to send payment for the second time to the address on file has been
unsuccessful. Per company policy, members are required to have a deliverable
address and we will make up to three attempts to deliver payment. If payment
does not arrive after the third attempt the funds will unfortunately be
forfeited due to an undeliverable address.
At this time, please provide an alternative address of a friend, relative or
work address and we will make the final attempt to mail the payment.
Thank you.

I've been with Global Test Market for years and although you can wait up to 8 weeks for cheques, they do eventually arrive.
It seems strange that you've received previous cheques from them yet the latest cheque failed to arrive. It would be great if they offered BACS payments which would hopefully result in payment being sent more quickly.
I would possibly contact them on their website, or mention on their Facebook page, and hopefully, they should respond.

Good luck0 -
Ask them to make an exception and either BACS or paypal the money to you0

Yes, would be great if they offered alternative payment methods. I did ask them but they said they only send cheques. I will wait for the end of the month, and then contact them again via their website. With their Facebook page, I cannot make a new status, so where would I go to contact a member of staff there?Ask them to make an exception and either BACS or paypal the money to you
I asked before, but I didn't use the specific word "exception" so at the end of the month, I shall ask again.0 -
I see what you mean about there being no way to open a discussion on GTMs Facebook page, hadn't realised.
It seems the only way is through their 'contact us' system, at https://www.globaltestmarket.com/contact.php
Hope the matter is soon resolved.0 -
Libra10, they clearly stated that after 3 failed attempts at payment, my MarketPoints would be forfeited. I think they will say this again to me but I shall try at the end of the month.
I think this is extremely unfair and it's not at all my fault. They are being very unreasonable. Does anyone here have a senior members contact information I could use to contact them?0 -
Surely GTM must realise that the previous cheques they claim to have issued have not been paid.
They have no justification for saying after three failed attempts members must forgo payment.
Hope someone comes along who can offer extra support.

No cheque has arrived. Here is my letter to GlobalTestMarket. Can someone have a read and help me improve it? Or is this good enough?I've been participating in GlobalTestMarket surveys for a couple of years now (I'm in the UK). I've successfully received two cheques in the post from you averaging £35 each. These went sent to my home address of xxxxxxx. On 24th August 2011, I redeemed 1270 Marketpoints. I was told the cheque would arrive to my home address between 6 - 8 weeks.

My home address has not changed in 20 years and I can ensure you this address is deliverable as I receive international mail all the time without fail. I can also ensure you that my grandparents address is also deliverable. My personal information on your website has not changed since I joined.
You said you would forfeit my earnings if a 3rd attempt fails. This is not acceptable to me because this is a fault of your own. I have searched the Internet and I have read stories of other GlobalTestMarket customers who have received their first two cheques fine but the third does not arrive after numerous attempts. I believe you are telling me that you have sent a cheque when you have not.
I am a loyal member to you and I am extremely unsatisfied of how I have been treated. I have spent many hours each week on your website. You have taken my opinions, used it to your benefit and then threaten to forfeit my earnings because you cannot ensure payment is delivered. Surely you realise that the previous cheques you supposedly sent me have not been claimed?
I currently have almost 2000 Marketpoints stored on my account but I am not going to redeem these until my previous Market Points have been redeemed successfully. I would like to request an alternative payment method. BACS bank transfer or Paypal would be suitable. I understand you do not pay members using these methods but I think you owe me this for putting me through this amount of frustration.
If you cannot help me, please can I have the contact email address of a senior staff member of GlobalTestMarket.

No feedback? ok, I will send them the message.0

Sounds perfectly clear to me, you have explained everything well with dates to backup this enquiry and let them know the outcome you expect from them.
Please be sure to keep us updated as I have just received my first cheque and am almost at cash out for number 2, so your continued updating of this issue could help me or others who may encounter the same problemsRunning total for swagbucks - £270 since Jan

I will keep you all updated and would like members here to think of a plan if GlobalTestMarket ignores my messages (if you could be so kind
). Would should I do if that's the case?
