People I need some help, I had a reply from GlobalTestMarket and they said this:Hi,
We have confirmed that payment has been sent to you on 3 separate occasions.
Per company policy, we make up to 3 attempts to deliver payment before the
funds are forfeited due to and undeliverable address. No further attempts will
be made at this stage.

My thoughts would be to ask them the following
The exact date cheque 1 was issued
The exact name and address that THEY sent cheque 1 to
What happened to that cheque - was it returned to them (what date did they receive it back)
Was that cheque cashed - what date was it cashed
The exact date cheque 2 was issued
The exact name and address that THEY sent cheque 2 to
What happened to that cheque - was it returned to them (what date did they receive it back)
Was that cheque cashed - what date was it cashed
The exact date cheque 3 was issued
The exact name and address that THEY sent cheque 3 to
What happened to that cheque - was it returned to them (what date did they receive it back)
Was that cheque cashed - what date was it cashed
Basically they are saying your address was undeliverable so you want proof of this.
Don't give them any names/addresses again, let them come back with where they sent the payments to.
Hope you kept any emails they sent you and you sent them about the address to send payment to.
Hopefully you'll be able to show that they sent cheques to wrong name/address and then request payment a 4th time0 -
Good reply cally6008, I have just emailed them asking what you said. I really think they are lying to me. I believe they are not sending me the cheques but said they have. I am so mad over this, argh! lol. I feel so cheated. I love giving my opinion but when they promise you something back for your time, I want them to honour that!

I was thinking the same, there must be some "body" that you can lodge a complaint with.

I new day and I am still extremely annoyed over how unprofessional GTM are. No reply to my questions yet but I will give them time. I've searched Google for some contact details and how to report them but I can't seem to find anything0
