It's close at hand, but bear in mind the hassle factor with crowds, esp if you travel at rush hour and with luggage.

St Pancras is an amazing building that has just been refurbished at great expense.

Try and give yourself the time to have a look at the front of the building and hotel as it will knock you for six
  • To put it into perspective, I've got off a train at St Pancras at 31 minutes past and caught my train at Kings Cross at 35 minutes past. They're so close together there is almost no point in them being seperate!

This card is free at moment and can save you 20% off most of the takeaways at train stations so makes them almost normal price.

I actually did this walk on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Very easy just follow the signs to St Pancras -you walk outside briefly -and cross the road but can see the other station before you cross. Even at a crowded time and with luggage it won't take you more than 10 minutes absolute maximum.

I can't imagine what sensible alternative to walking there would even be, it would surely take as long to go by cab, if you could find a cabbie willing to take you (obviously this doesn't apply if you physically can't get there by yourself).

    It's basically the same station.
I'd be surprised if the car parks aren't shared.

Don't see where anyone was suggesting any such thing though
