Hi wondering if anyone can give me some advice please.
Over a month ago my partner was talked into an early upgrade with 02 taking out a new contract with an iphone 4s at around £56 a month when he went on their website yesterday they are now doing the same offer for £20 less which is totally unfair is there anything he can do to have this matched as a loyal customer he tried speaking to an operator but no luck anyone have any suggestions please ????

Unless O2 show goodwill there's nothing you can do unfortunately. Deals change all the time and it's a risk you take when buying any product that it may end up cheaper at a later time. At the networks, the new customer teams work separately to retentions (upgrades) so the deals they offer are often different.0

In future pay full price for the phone and get a shorter term SIM-only contract. This will give you more flexibility and will often work out cheaper overall.0
