ISA transfer from Chelsea

I requested a transfer of a cash ISA from the Chelsea 2 weeks ago. I got a letter today from the Chelsea saying that they could not proceed with the request as my original application form was unsigned (!). I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.

Who did you request the transfer with?

Did you sign the transfer form?

You should get in touch with the provider you requested the transfer with and ask them for help - - if they have accepted a transfer form from you without a signature, they have at least a moral obligation (if any bank knows what that is) to help you sort it on a priority basis.

If they do have your signature on the transfer form, they need to sort it with Chelsea.
