I have installed it without a problem This desktop I am not really using as I now have a laptop and mostly use it. However I would not want to leave it without any security on it. I use it when I need to print as my laptop is not connected. I didn't actually need the info you gave me but thank you anyway!0

A bit late as you've already paid for Kaspersky, but consider switching to one of the free security products (e.g. Microsoft Security Essentials or Avira)
How do you print a document that's on your laptop?How do I add a signature?0 -
As said above, a bit late. With Kaspersky, you are buying the key or serial number. You could buy a 2011 version and used that keyMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

I did have a free security but a year ago I had a lot of problems with virus and at that time the guy who does any work I need suggested tha I would be better going to Kaspersky. I have been problem free durimg the past year. I bought it from Amazon and paid just over £15 so not a bad deal. As I said I am not using my desktop but I would not like to leave it unprotected. Thank you for the advise and concerns I do appreciate it. I am very much a Senior and thought that I might not manage to install but it went through without a problem Obviously I didn't need to reinstall the origional. My Laptop given as a present came with Norton which I would not have bought myself but my Daughter did. I had ro come on this forum as I had a lot of problems I followed the instruction I was given and no further problem. It seemed to be a general problem nothing to do with me. Again I was very grateful for all the advise given on these boards. Have a good weekend everyone!

I am not actually printing documents on the laptop. My Son told me to send it via email to myself and I then pick it up and print. I also have a ??? not sure what it called but a little ?? memory stick which I put into the laptop and then I can print. What I really need a wireless printer I think? any other suggestions I would appreciate

You don't need a wireless printer - you can share the one that's attached to the desktop via the networkHow do I add a signature?0 -
Thank for that How do I do this The desktop is on a trolley with the printer below. A bit of a confined space as it is partially in a cupboard. I thought I would need to plug the laptop into the printer and I can't see where I would do so. Advice would be appreciated

For future reference, if you are a barclays customer you can get Kaspersky for free - every year you can get a new license to cover you for the next year.0
