3rd instalment
Hanging baskets done, hubby's finished work & been collected, food all cooked & ready for fridge & freezer, washing on the line under cover as it's raining here. DW ready to go on yet again, I'm just having a rest & a cuppa & then I'll do some housework.

Nice bright day today - just the thing for the weekend.
Yes, I'm still revelling in having my DS and his OH nearby. I get daily phone calls and today got one where they complained bitterly that they had called round to see me and I was out! How dare I? Monday is our day off so we are going round to take them out to lunch. At last I am getting the opportunity to spoil them.
Have spent today cooking batches of mince in the SC for the cottage pies I am doing for the drop-in tomorrow. Only the potatoes to peel and cook (for 30 people. EEEK.) and the veggie Quorn one. I thought it was the easiet thing to do because I'm not going to be there for long and this will be already to pop into the oven. I'm having a rare Sunday evening off and going to hear Aled Jones and a 100 strong choir - in a marquee, bet it pours with rain.
Right. Off to start the marathon potato-peeling session.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Thanks LW I'm so glad his eye is fine! Will need to keep an eye on his squirrel chasing from now on!
Back from dinner - was so fun! And all vegan! We had a curry and I will be making it at home. Having a cuppa before a bedtime read and sleep!
