internet settings

Hi, I have a Optimus 7 E900 phone and I cannot set my phone to use mobile internet. I am on Talk Mobile I have rang them but they dont have any settings for this phone. They have have asked me togo to Carephone Warehouse.

Any idea what are Talk Mobile internet settings for LG Optimus 7?

I'd try following Orange's advice for Nokia Lumia 800, but using Talkmobile's settings:
