Yes but it's the "gambling dens" who can influence the rate by their decisions to buy/sell, Joe Public hasn't a look-in.

most people could if they had the bottle. With stop losses you can still be in profit with only a 33% success rate. ie you can get it wrong most of the time.
Trouble with most traders is they start to think they are clever and start getting greedy and riskier. Thats when they bomb.0 -

Anyone who can predict the direction of the markets won't be reading MSE. They'll be too busy drinking cocktails and admiring the sunset from their private yacht.
You seem to forget we`re on the holiday money board not the investing and gambling boards.
The average family just wants to know whether to get their euros now or in a few weeks/months time.
