Anybody else had trouble obtaining prizes from Look Magazine?

Hope you get a result soon.
NEVER give up chasing a good prize, keep ALL emails,letters etc just in case.
When you send an email always request a delivery receipt & read receipt & keep these too.
It once took me 11 months to get a digital HDD camcorder from a well known national newspaper (who from previous prize wins had been excellent at prize delivery) but I got there in the end.

Chesterlass, after chasing the prize issuer's (Next) and copying in the team at Look (names on the winning email initially sent), I got contact from Next and they are now sorting it. :j

The team at Look chased it on my behalf and the Next rep replied to one of their emails stating that not one of my 4 emails had reached them and that they must of got flagged as spam! hmmmmm But they still hadn't bothered arranging the prize!

The team at Look sent me that communication and replied that all the mails arrived to their email accounts (so not spam) and to sort it out. :T

Funnily enough all of a sudden my emails are now getting through to Next and they are arranging the prize! :j

So, keep all communications and copy Look in on all of the emails you send - I done this daily.
