Sainsbury's in store big bargains thread

I popped into another local store (Bristol) on the way home from work last night and they had tons of stationary at silly prices - lots of sticker packs - 9p & 14p, pretty much all of the back to school stationary at rock bottom prices (pocket calculator 59p!!!) - so i stocked up for stocking fillers - also noticed some of the toys had 70% off but there wasn't much left! lots of electrical stuff with 50/70% off too.

Ooh and summer baby clothes was half price too

Lego 3366 Satellite Launch Pad now £4.25 instead of £13.99 in Sainsburys.

They also had small space buggys reduced to £1.19 usually £3.99 and also the small fire trucks were £1.19.

The SA told me to keep checking as lots of toys will be reduced over the next few days, all the stuff that is to be discontinued.

In Lincoln this morning there was a huge choice of reduced stationery.

Not a single gardening item - it had all been cleared as 'it's seasonal'.

ETA: all the reduced Lego sets had gone - OOS labels where they had been.

Came on to post that I'd also got a few stationary bits 70-90% off today but shelves were almost empty so it was the tail end of it. I got some of the bits mentioned above (some more expensive in my local than listed above), also got

pack of 4 kids paints - 4 big 400ml £2.30
Animal stamp kit (yellow lidded tub containing 3 small bottles of paint and spong animal shapes ) £1.79
Notebook £44
30 pencil crayons (includews glitter and metallic) 99p
Tubs of foam letters and numbers 90p

Some things on seasonal aisle and found a few bits with in the stationary aisle.

The also seemed to have baking trays, pans, pyrex dishes ect at half price so stocked up.

Saw they had wii sing girls night with 2 miscophones for £10. This seems a good price if not for the microphones only!

Grey school trousers were 2 prs for £2 today.
Sizes 4-10 - a bit annoying as I need 11-12y!

Yesterday I got Make your own fairy garden sets for 30p and Olympic trivial pursuit for £1.

Lego launch pad was still marked up at full price but the shelf was bare, obviously in the know and cleared the shelf!:o
Got some stickers and gel pens with 70% off.
They had Little Charlie hug bear with 70% off think it was £5.99?
