You simply need to log into your Belkin via Ethernet and disable the wireless. Then on your sisters MacBook, delete the wireless connection to the Belkin (no longer required), create a new connection to the AirPort extreme and enter the WPA2 wireless password required by the AirPort extreme.
Is it really too much effort for you to simply remove the cable from the AirPort and plug it into your MacBook to configure the Belkin to work with the AirPort!
Well unless I can access the Belkin through the same 192.168.2.1 that I use to access via WiFi then no. However due to the location of the Belkin, it is a bit difficult. Not to mention the fact I've turned off LAN on my Mac and would have the hassle of setting it up...
All I asked was if it could be done over WiFi or not. A simple 'yes' or 'no, it will need to be done via cable' would have sufficed.
