the green dot is correct, now just do this
Then click Start > Run and type CMD and click OK.
At the Dos Prompt Screen, type in cd\ and hit enter.
Now type in ipconfig /flushdns and click enter! (notice the space in the middle)
Close the command prompt.Ex forum ambassador

to make sure that file is not hidden, it may well have been deleted in the clean up

At the command prompt type in ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt
This will create a file called ipconfig.txt in your C:\Documents and Settings\Charlie Willett folder.
Copy/paste the contents of the text file here and we'll be able to check your DNS settings are ok.

If you cant find the ipconfig text file just open the command prompt again and just type in ipconfig /all
Then copy the result straight from the command prompt window as follows:
Right-click the title bar of the command prompt window, point to Edit, and then click Mark.
Click the beginning of the text you want to copy.
Press and hold down the SHIFT key, and then click the end of the text you want to copy (or you can click and drag the cursor to select the text).
Right-click the title bar, point to Edit, and then click Copy.
Position the cursor where you want the text to be inserted, e.g. in the reply box to post here.

Just another little thing i have noticed since downloading the Keria firewall.
I collect mutual points via email, and then click on the link, it now comes up with blocked by KPF. I have took the popupblocker off and rebooted but stil the same. Is their another setting which i should be disabling please, as i dont fully understand the settings of this firewall (not after using windows firewall for so long that is:eek:  )
Many Thank yet again guys, this forum is a godsend for me!!
Cheers
