Looks like some kind of sundried tomato foccacia? but I can't find it in any of the recipes either on the blog or on the website. Your best bet is probably to pop over to the how much money have you saved board and see if you can contact the lady herself or by PM she is still around sometimes but not on the OS board anymore.:)0 -
Using up my stores at the moment too - when we need a pudding quick I am using the recipe for 2 minute microwave sponge puddings by jumblejack. Quick and simple with lots of ideas for variations:)0

Hi everyone
Welcome to all our new people - ask lots of questions if you want to as there are lots of helpful, friendly people on here. Don't forget to check out post no.1 with Spiggles bit - its really useful and also look at Rosiebens recipe posts - lots of tried and tested lush recipes on there :]
Budgets noted and I'm about to update them :]
Question
If I make homemade mini Yorkshire Puddings - can I freeze them - I want to make a batch for DS who loves them but he won't eat 12 in 1 sitting [well he would but I won't let him lol]
Answer - yes you can - oh the wonders of googling lol

Wow - I have never seen that bit of the forum before, off for a good read0 -
I am LOVING weezl's posts!
Never heard of her before. Wow. What a frugal lady and sooooo inspiring.
A young version of our very own Flo:T
I am definitely going to be reading her threads when I want something to pick up and read.
I could definitely learn a trick or two from her.
I looked at her latest post but it is from last year.
Do you reckon she is blogging now instead?:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Today is going to be a NSD.........oh yes it is! :rotfl:
I had to sort out the freezer inventory yesterday - again!!
I had been very good crossing stuff off my list as I used it but completely forgot to add on new stuff.....doh!!
I have a quiche baking in the oven, rather less bacon in it than expected, as DD arrived with DGS very hungry and craving a bacon sarnie
So will have quiche for lunch or tea.
Yesterdays LO lunch proved to be more than expected so the LO's are LO againand will need to be eaten today so lunch or tea.
Also have 4 twirly cheesey pastry LO things in the oven courtesy of JJ's idea but people coming round for a cuppa later, so I probably wont get a chance to try them myself0 -
Thanks to debbym and weezl, I am gonna try making a double batch of the cheap lasagna version. Will use up the Ts value sheets though. I like the idea of the pancake version but will have to commit that one to memory to try in the future.
Will report later how successful it was.
Have a great day everyone.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

It is my sons bday tomorrow so I will be spending today but hope to stick to just what I need. He wants HM pizza for his tea so I need to pick up some chorizio as it is his favourite topping. I'll also need to get some fruit and potatoes.
I would cry if I broke my oven door so hugs to you Elizabunny x
I'll report my spend later. Hopefully small.£36/£240
