Vodafone taking the micky
My husband recieved a call today from Vodafone telling him his contract was about to expire. Just by chance they told him that he was being charged for international texts. He told them that he had never requested nor does he have a need for such a service. He was told to ring customer service. Customer service informed him that he requested this service in "July 2010" He had gone into a Vodafone shop to buy a phone he did not change or even ask about his contract. Vodafone have offered him a £40 refund for their mistake. Still waiting for a phone call from a Manager. Any advice welcome.
