Principality 3.1% ISA

Hi all,
I've just opened the Principality 3.1% ISA online this afternoon and am planning to transfer in my maxed-out easy-access NS&I ISA (paying 2.5%) and easy-access Santander ISA (bonus payment coming to an end next month). I was basically just wondering if anyone else is opening the Principality one or has any feedback on them if they currently have ISA savings with them?
Also, I am right in thinking I can open the Principality one now and only transfer in past year's ISAs (i.e. the NS&I one and Santander one) and open a separate account (with the AA at 3.5%) in which to put this year's allowance?
fyi - I'm not transferring my old ISAs into the market-leading Santander 3.3% for transfers in as I have decided I don't want my ISA with the same account as my current account (which is with Santander). Whilst I have never ever had a problem with Santander (and think they are actually fantastic) I have just decided to keep savings separate from my current account.
Thanks all

I have just opened the Principality one and although it's only been a few days it's all been thoroughly efficient and a good experience so far.0

Yep, i have just opened with the principality too and no hiccups so far. Just waiting on my transfer to go through. I did nt opt for santander as they have poor customer services.0

I'm trying to open this ISA from their website but have hit a problem, and their help desk doesn't open until tomorrow.
I fill the first form in (name, address, DoB etc) and click "Continue".
The next page is asking me to login to my online account - OK, well I don't have one yet, so I click "Register". The form that comes up asks for some details, including a savings account number. Problem: I don't have an account number as I haven't completed the application. It's a mandatory field.
So, I can't register for a website account without a savings account number. I can't appply for a savings account without a website account. Which I can't apply for without a savings account. Which I can't.... etc.
Erm... any had this problem with them and got past it?0 -
are you sure its not just setting up your security details? I had a look and its setting up login details, username & password, secret word and word hint etc0
