    Yes of course.

Maybe the driver left the depot this morning with a full van, and will be delivering well into the evening, or after 3.23pm at least.

hm maybe so, but its already been 6 hours and the depot is only 40minutes away. i am just wary after reading all the terrible reviews on HDNL.

But it won't just be your parcel the driver has on the van...
There's probably a route mapped out and it will hopefully arrive at some point later today.

I agree it's massively annoying that most courier firms won't even give an estimate of whether they will be delivering in the morning or afternoon and forcing you to take a whole day off work.

dont see why amazon don't use reliable couriers such as royal mail, i never have a problem with them and always get my items before 12pm. i have had to get today off work as i thought the item would be coming this morning and now its starting to look like i could of just gone to work.

Our local DHL used to do this to me - They would come to me last thing and I always recieved my parcels around 5.45pm. They then could return the van at 6pm and go home! Was fine with me as that was when i was in anyway.
